The services of PitchingMachineRentals.com are available to teams, coaches, and individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Minors may only use this service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Rental Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations must be made through the website or by contacting our team directly.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • A refundable security deposit may be required, which will be returned post-service, provided no damage has been done to the equipment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Use of Equipment

  • The equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.

  • Any misuse or abuse of the equipment may result in additional charges or termination of the rental without a refund.

7. Liability and Indemnification

  • PitchingMachineRentals.com is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of rented equipment.

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold PitchingMachineRentals.com harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use of the equipment.

8. Equipment Malfunction

  • If a malfunction cannot be resolved, we will provide a prorated refund or alternative arrangements.
